Terms & Conditions

Living Room
1. Ceiling will be cleared of Cobwebs
2. Cornishes will be dusted off.
3. All feature attached to the ceiling will be dusted off e.g. fans & lights.
4. All feature will be wiped clear e.g. TV Console, Dining Table, Sofa etc.
5. All power sockets will be dusted off.
6. Carpets will be vacuumed (if any).
7. Window frames and edges will be wiped clean.
8. Window panes will be polished (internal only).
9. Window grill will be wiped clean.
10. Floor skirting will be wiped clean
11. Floor will be vacuumed and mopped.
12. Door will be wiped clean.

Bedroom
1. Ceiling will be cleared of Cobwebs
2. All feature attached to the ceiling will be dusted off e.g. fans & lights.
3. All furniture will be dusted off and wiped e.g. Bed, Side tables
4 .Top, sides and back of the wardrobe will be dusted. Inside of cupboard will be cleared, if empty.
5. Power sockets will be dusted off.
6. Floor skirting will be wiped clean.
7. Floor will be vacuumed and mopped.
8. Window frames and edges will be wiped clean.
9. Window panes will be polished (internal only).
10. Window grill will be wiped clean.
11. Door will be wiped clean.

Kitchen
1. Ceiling will be cleared of Cobwebs
2. All feature attached to the ceiling will be dusted off e.g. fans & lights.
3. Side wall tiles will be wiped clean (if any).
4. Cabinets will be wiped clean exterior. Interior will be clean if it is empty.
5. Dish washing sinks and rinsing area will be washed.
6. Stoves will be degreased and cleaned
7. Ovens internal will be degreased and cleaned, if required.
8. Fridge, Washing machine, etc will be wiped clean (external only)
9. Floor skirting will be wiped clean. Floors will be vacuumed, mopped, scrubbed and washed.
10. Window frames and edges will be wiped clean.
11. Window panes will be polished (internal only).
12. Window grill will be wiped clean.
13. Door will be wiped clean.
Bathrooms
1. Ceiling will be cleared of Cobwebs
2. All feature attached to the ceiling will be dusted off e.g. fans & lights.
3. Window louvers will be cleaned.
4. PVC pipes will be washed up.
5. Toilebowl / sinks will be washed and sanitised.
6. Wall tiles will be wiped cleaned.
7. Floors will be scrubbed and washed.
8. Door / Door frames will be wiped clean.

PS: Furniture can also be moved, cleaned and placed back or re-arranged as client's wishes.
